About me

I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist.

My approach is based on the transactional analysis theory, integrated with CBT and Art Therapy techniques.
My great passion in my job is bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience, helping them to find a healthy perception of themselves and strengthen their relationships.
For that reason, I give a considerable importance to the therapeutic relationship as safe and creative space that enables patients to explore themselves, their relationships and various aspects of their life without feeling judged.

I work in my private practice with clients from different cultural backgrounds and I am particularly interested in how culture and individual family history can influence the life's choices that can be done.
