About me

I am a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with over 17 years of practice across NHS, private, and international settings. I provide evidence-based psychological therapy and ADHD assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, with expertise in anxiety, depression, personality disorders, neurodevelopmental conditions, and complex psychosocial presentations.
I have extensive experience working with ADHD across the lifespan, including assessment and therapeutic intervention, and with culturally diverse and migrant populations, offering tailored psychological support to facilitate adjustment and integration. I am strongly committed to ongoing professional development, with a particular focus on CBT-informed approaches and their application in clinical practice.
