About me

I have been working in private practice for 14 years. Initially London (Southfields, Brockley, Wood Green), and in recent years the Colne (Pennines). I treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal presentations. From sports injuries to complex non specific presentations.

In recent years I have had very good results with sportspeople.

The approach at my practice is mainly hands on however, frequently dry needling (Western Acupuncture), kinesiotape and clinical pilates is applied..

An outstanding record in positive outcomes for referred patients with whiplash associated presentations had been made over the last 4 years based on clinical audit.

Osteopathy is an approach that employs a wide variation of techniques from the original techniques of the late 1800's to some modern techniques such as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF). The choice is often patient lead.

In recent years a total body approach has been increasing utilised. The means that "back cracking" is not an embedded element in every treatment.

Of particular value is the application of principles which seek to address possible causes not just symptoms.
