Mr Spencer Hodges is a leading consultant oral and maxillofacial surgeon with vast experience in treating a full range of conditions affecting the face, mouth, jaw, and neck. Mr Hodges holds dual degrees in medicine and dentistry, having trained at Guy's, St Thomas', and King's College Hospitals - three of London's most prestigious teaching institutions. He achieved Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) in 1996, became a Member in 2004 (MRCS), and completed his specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery in 2009.

His specialist training included time at Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, renowned for reconstructive surgery as well as Stoke Mandeville Hospital. In 2010, he completed the prestigious Interface Fellowship in Reconstructive Cosmetic Surgery, a highly competitive training programme overseen by the Joint Committee on Surgical Training (JCST).

For over ten years, Mr Hodges served as a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at King's College Hospital, where he led and developed advanced practices in facial reconstruction and jaw surgery. He now brings this expertise to OS Clinic, alongside consulting at Blackheath Hospital and Chelsfield Park Hospital in South East London.

Mr Hodges has a strong interest in surgical education. He regularly teaches and mentors junior surgeons, GPs, and dentists, and contributes to the academic field through journal publications and peer review. He has acted as a scientific reviewer for the British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and his research has been widely cited in the field.
