About me

I am a clinical Psychologist with 17 years experience in a wide variety of disorders ranging from anxiety/stress to personality disorder. I have core training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as post-doctorate training in a number of approaches, including Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Schema-focused Therapy (SFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
