About me
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience working in the NHS and privately. I work with adults with a broad range of mental health problems using evidence based and effective psychological therapy. I am also involved in the supervision and training of Psychologists in the NHS. I believe that continued professional development is important and therefore continue to enhance my skills through relevant training and my own supervision. I am an Accredited Advanced Schema Therapist and have received specialist training in Compassion Focussed Therapy and Metacognitive Therapy.

I am a fully qualified Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience in treating adults with a broad range of mental health problems including Depression; Anxiety; Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD); Panic attacks; Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); Anger, Relationship problems; Bereavement; Stress; Low self-esteem. I use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy; Schema Therapy; and Compassion Focussed Therapy.
