About me
Adam graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2005 with a degree in physiotherapy.
He spent six years working for the NHS in Hertfordshire and North London whilst at the same time working part time in a local private practice. He then moved full time into private practice and in 2012 established A Mackie Physiotherapy Ltd from the Hailey View surgery in Hoddesdon Hertfordshire.
Adam also spent a number of years working for a local rugby team providing a clinic during training sessions as well as pitch side physiotherapy.
Prior to qualifying as a physiotherapist Adam worked in the customer service industry and it is his passion to couple outstanding customer service with excellent physiotherapy to ensure that every client receives a first class experience during every episode of care.
Adam has a wide ranging interest in all aspects of musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has completed postgraduate training in acupuncture, management of chronic pain, management of sports injuries, manual therapy and manipulations amongst others. Adam is a qualified in sports massage therapist accredited by ITEC.
