A2Z Elite Health & Performance (A2Z) is a multidisciplinary clinic with over 20 years combined experience in working with Elite Sport, both within the Olympic and Professional sports. The clinic was established in 2013 with the aim of providing the same level of physiotherapy, sports medicine and sports massage given to our elite athletes to YOU.

We currently work with British Diving where Gareth works daily with all London based divers on the elite program, We also work with Energy Standard Swimming (an international swimming swimming club), Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme, British Universities & Colleges Sport. We are proud to have covered numerous multidisciplinary events including 4 Olympic Games, 3 Commonwealth Games, 12 World Championships in Diving, the World University Games, and the Afro Asia Games.
