I have 20 years experience working as a therapist with adults, adolescents and children age 4 years +
I understand that it can often take time to feel a readiness to enter into therapy and
It is always my intention to get to know you, and to hopefully establish a warm and engaging therapeutic relationship, where I can provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore whatever is causing you concern.
I will listen to you without judgement, if you are feeling alone; overwhelmed; stuck; struggling to cope and experiencing pain and upset in your personal/professional life.

Please feel assured that I am a fully qualified BACP Accredited Therapist. I studied at the
