Claire has attended numerous courses to gain a greater depth of knowledge in all areas but she has a special interest in treating patients with back pain and shoulder pain. The treatment techniques Claire uses include manual therapy such as mobilisations, massage and trigger point release, taping, electrotherapy and the provision of exercise programmes. Claire thoroughly enjoys working with patients to help alleviate symptoms and aims to provide all patients with the necessary knowledge and exercises to help prevent problems from recurring in the future.

Caroline Canham graduated from the University of Southampton in 2003 and completed her junior Physiotherapy rotations in Kings College Hospital, London. Caroline uses these manual techniques alongside exercise prescription, advice and self-management techniques to enable everyone to have all the tools they need to get the best outcome they can from Physiotherapy. She is also a fully certified APPI Pilates instructor.
