I am a BACP Accredited counsellor/psychotherapist, EMDR Accredited practitioner and clinical supervisor with over 18 years experience.

I work with individuals presenting with a wide range of issues. I have extensive experience in safely working with PTSD, trauma, sexual abuse as well as addictions, bereavement and loss.

I am passionate about my work, it is a privilege accompanying my clients on their journey towards better emotional and psychological wellbeing. I am committed to continuing professional and personal development so that I can better help and support my clients on that journey.

I am bilingual and can offer sessions in Portuguese. I welcome clients from any cultural background and I have an interest in working with issues relating to cultural identity and belonging.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), member of the EMDR Association UK, a Fellow member of the International Society of Psychotherapy and Counselling (ISPC) and I serve on the committee of the EMDR Sussex Regional Group.
