About us
Physico is formed of a team of physiotherapists, pilates trainers, massage therapist and rehabilitation therapists.
Having a Pilates studio and a gym on site allows for supervised rehabilitation post injury and surgery.
We also do biomechanical analysis of movement and running with prescription of custom orthotics when required.
At Physico we also provide Shockwave and Class 4 Laser therapy and Women's Health
