About me
During my 30 years working as a Physiotherapist I have worked in professional sport - Rugby, Ice Hockey, Tennis and Cricket.
I still treat all sports injuries but also specialise in the treatment of neck pain and low back pain (spinal pain) and specialise in pain management, advising on self treatment techniques as well as offering hands on treatment during every session as well as comprehensive do's and dont's and stretches and progressing these programmes as well core stability.
