About me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years of experience, providing a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can talk openly about your concerns, challenges, aspirations, and goals.

I specialise in working with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, eating disorders, anger, and trauma, and I also support a wide range of other emotional and mental health difficulties.

My approach is Integrative, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Together, we can explore your difficulties, develop effective coping strategies, and build the skills needed to strengthen your resilience - cultivating a healthier and more balanced way of responding to life's challenges.

I tailor my approach to your individual experiences, needs, and goals. Drawing on my training as a Counselling Psychologist, I integrate a range of psychological theories and therapeutic models to ensure the work is both supportive and effective. Collaboration is central to my approach, and I place great importance on working together in a way that feels right for you.

My experience spans the NHS, corporate, non-profit, and private sectors. I established my private practice in the City of London in 2006, where I now work exclusively. I offer therapy in person, as well as via telephone and video.
