About me

I qualified as a clinical psychologist in 2005.

I work with people with a range of difficulties individuals with eating disorders, anxiety disorders and phobias, and reactions to traumatic events such as adjustment disorders and PTSD.

I have extensive experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

I have a special interest in working with people experiencing pain, and have an MSc in pain management approaches. I am able to work alongside physiotherapists to provide interdisciplinary pain management approaches.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EMDR techniques
