About me

Thank you for visiting my BUPA Finder profile today. As a counsellor, I work alongside clients to help them address a wide range of issues, including and not exclusively, those listed below. I am passionate about perinatal mental well being and work with clients to address pre and post natal anxiety and depression, pregnancy loss and birth trauma. My counselling approach is person centred, working alongside the client in a safe, confidential and non judgmental environment. I offer telephone and online sessions.
