I am a Person-Centred Counsellor and Supervisor. I currently practise both privately and for various agencies. I have worked with a variety of clients on their individual issues, such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, and I have experience of working with couples and groups. I have also had some training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Lifespan Integration.
