About me

Anne Millne-Riley is a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist and Supervisor and is also a BACP Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist. Anne uses a combination of Counselling and Psychotherapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with the focus on supporting and empowering the client. Working through issues that are affecting you in the here and now, many of which might have their roots in the past, helps you to better understand why you feel the way you do and can help you to manage matters more easily moving forward. Anne's work covers a diverse range of emotional, psychological and physical issues from anxiety and depression to phobias, relationship mediation to critical illness recovery and crisis management.
