About me

I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist (HCPC) and an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (BABCP), treating the full range of difficulties associated with depression and anxiety based problems.

I work with adults, couples and young people. I can offer face to face appointments and/or remote Zoom/telephone sessions. I primarily use CBT as my main approach, but as a psychologist, I work collaboratively and tailor the therapy to the individual and their goals. I can also provide EMDR, schema focused therapy, ACT, mindfulness and compassion focused therapy.

I also enjoy being the practice director and lead psychologist of an experienced team of therapists at Surrey Therapy Practice in Banstead, Surrey, offering a range of well being therapies to people.

Areas of interest

I specialise in CBT and Psychological approaches to help treat: Low mood / Depression; Stress; Anxiety; Low self-esteem; Panic attacks; Phobias; Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD); Post Traumatic Stress Disorder; Health Anxiety; Generalised Anxiety; Social anxiety; Anger management; Sleep problems; Eating issues; Relationship issues. I primarily work with adults as well as couples, teenagers and families.
