About me

I have three decades of experience as a Mental Health Professional with 14 years experience of supervised cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) practice. I am an accredited practitioner with the British Association of Behaviour and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP). In my professional and personal sojourn, I have over the years made myself into a dynamic, self-motivated and vibrant practitioner with exemplary and diverse skills through relentless educational and experiential pursuits. My experiences spreads across working with people as a leader and manager of health systems; trainer of people; and as clinical supervisor for therapists. I currently practice CBT privately for Prognosight Ltd and sometimes work within the NHS on contract.
