About me
Mr Rao qualified from prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India and completed his orthopaedic higher surgical training in Wales, followed by an accredited spinal fellowship at University Hospital Wales, Cardiff, with Orthopaedic surgeons and Neurosurgeons. Trained in complex spinal surgery including minimally invasive surgery. In addition to his clinical practice, Mr Rao has published many research papers, presented his work at numerous national and international conferences. He is responsible for teaching higher surgical trainees for trauma and spinal disorders and is a faculty member, lecturer on courses held to teach advanced spinal surgical techniques.
