About me

I have worked as a counsellor/psychotherapist for over 25 years. I bring a rich tapestry of life and professional experience to my work and my clients.
I have found that each individual brings a unique flavour and a way of being that is heartening to discover.
Sometimes our relationships become challenging, our work stressful or our lives can feel overwhelming for a myriad of reasons ; it is at these times we need a safe space to gain insight and understanding.
