About me

I’m an experienced counsellor having worked in the NHS for 20 years (retired 2016) and currently running a small private practice from my home.

I work both short term 6-8 sessions and longer term if needed, and offer a bespoke service to suit each individual.

Areas of interest

From 8 years upwards I work with a variety of issues for children including, bereavement; bullying; self esteem; family breakup; anxiety.

Adults - anxiety; depression; trauma; work related stress; self esteem; birth trauma; postnatal depression.

Older adults - any of the above plus loneliness
