The service is located in the heart of the East Midlands. If you are looking for a friendly, professional service with an experienced counsellor to enable improved mental health and wellbeing call for a no obligation chat.

The service offers a discreet, confidential place to support you through difficult times. I work with people aged between 16 years and with no upper age limit. The service is centrally located, free car parking space, wheelchair access and toilets.

Most of the time I am able to offer an appointment within just a day or two of your initial enquiry. If you are looking for one to one counselling or couple counselling I assure you of a warm friendly welcome in a pleasant waiting area if you are early for your appointment.
