I am a clinical psychologist, trained in the following talking therapies: CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy), systemic family therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, CAT (cognitive analytic therapy), hypnotherapy, DBT (dialectical behaviour therapy), mindfulness and motivational interviewing.
I have worked in the NHS for over 19 years and have been in private practice for over 10 years. I am experienced in helping people understand their experience of mental distress and make positive changes. I am able to work flexibly and deliver a therapy that works for you.
