About me

Hi there.

I am HCPC registered practitioner psychologist, BPS Chartered Counselling Psychologist, Cognitive analytic practitioner and accredited supervisor with over 18 years NHS experience with severe and enduring mental and physical health difficulties. I offer assessment and psychological therapy to individuals and couples across the adult lifespan.

I have particular expertise in PTSD, complex trauma, bereavement and grief, anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, health issues, work related stress and burnout, ADHD, eating issues, interpersonal, attachment and relationship difficulties.

I am trained in and can offer a wide range of therapeutic approaches. I tailor therapy to your individual needs helping you to make sense of your difficulties and to find new ways of being that help you thrive. I predominantly use CAT, EMDR, CBT and neuroscience based mind-body approaches.

I can offer a free 20 min phone or video consultation to help you get to know me, how I work and to discuss next steps. I look forward to hearing from you.
