About me
I have worked in the NHS for 38 years and as a Consultant for 30 years. I have considerable experience in the areas of General Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. I have written numerous medico-legal reports, both civil and forensic. I have attended court on numerous occasions to give evidence. My special interests are depressive illness and alcohol problems.

Addiction
I have a particular interest in alcohol problems and alcohol dependence. I specialise in the use of Naltrexone/Nalmafene and Baclofen in the management of alcohol addiction. Baclofen treatment is a relatively new approach to the management of alcohol dependency and alcohol problems and is only prescribed by a relatively small number of individuals. I am able to provide Baclofen on a private script.
