About me
I have been practicing as Consultant in Pain Medicine and Anaesthetic since 2012.
I undertook Advanced Pain Fellowship in West Yorkshire scheme at Leeds and Bradford, and was awarded Fellowship of Faculty of Pain Medicine of Royal College of Anaesthetists.
I have undergone extensive and high quality training in anaesthesia and pain medicine in Yorkshire deanery, Nottingham, North London and India before that, spanning a period in excess of 12 years.
I am on the editorial board of Journal of Observational Pain Medicine.
I have co-authored a chapter in a both 1st and 2nd edition of pain textbook titled ‘Symptom Oriented Pain Management’.
I co-founded and manage the national group for pain fellows in UK.
I believe in a holistic approach to pain management which includes medications, physical therapy, basic and high end interventions, as well as cognitive behaviour therapy.
