About me

I have worked in the area of mental health for 23 years. For 18 of these years, I have been working as a qualified CBT therapist and for the past 10 years I have been a clinical psychologist. I consider myself an experienced clinician with a wealth of experience in adult mental health issues. I aim to offer a safe and open conversation that works towards making meaningful changes to the way we think and feel about ourselves and our relationships with others. This is done using sound psychological theory and techniques from the latest ideas in CBT.
