About me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with 25 years experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups in the public, private and third sectors. I have wide experience of general psychiatry ranging from anxiety and depressive conditions to more specialist areas such as eating disorders and other addictions. I have a particular interest in occupational mental health, perinatal and perimenopausal issues as well as sports' and motivational psychology.
