About me

I work exclusively with clients aged 16 years and above.
I have been accredited with British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) since 2014 as a CBT Psychotherapist. CBT is particularly useful for anxiety disorders and depression.

I am also an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner-since 2016. Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a technique which is very effective for the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other trauma based disorders including depression, addictions, phobias, victims of abuse, traumatic bereavement.
