About me

I am an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist having worked within the NHS and private sector for over 20 years.

I work face to face online and offer telephone therapy

I offer a safe and confidential space in which to discuss your difficulties and will tailor a your therapy to your needs, I am qualified in a range of therapies and can draw on psychological ideas that are informed by the most up to date evidence, as well as best practice. My clients are adults who range in age from the age of 18 until their most senior years. I use a range of different therapies including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR therapy, Integrative Psychotherapy. Both short-term and long-term options are available.

I trained initially at Metanoia Institute where I was awarded my MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy, I Completed a Post Graduate Diploma in CBT therapy in 2012 at Salomons, Canterbury Christ Church University.
I have also completed EMDR trauma training parts 1,2 & 3 and am accredited with the EMDR Association. I have a range of useful therapies I am able to offer depending on your individual needs.
