About me

I am an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist having worked within the NHS and private sector for over 20 years.

I offer a safe and confidential space for you to discuss the issues important to you and to make the changes you want to make while learning strategies that will help you work towards your goals.

My clients are adults who range in age from the age of 18 until their most senior years. I use a range of different therapies including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR therapy, Integrative Psychotherapy. Both short-term and long-term options are available.

I work online and offer telephone therapy and limited in person sessions


I trained initially at Metanoia Institute where I was awarded my MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy, I Completed a Post Graduate Diploma in CBT therapy in 2012 at Salomons, Canterbury Christ Church University.
I have also completed EMDR trauma training parts 1,2 & 3 and am accredited with the EMDR Association. I have a range of useful therapies I am able to offer depending on your individual needs.
