About me

I offer clients a safe, non-judgemental, confidential and supportive yet also gently challenging therapeutic space to help tackle difficult life issues. I have wide-ranging professional skills with 25 years' experience of working with individuals and couples from all walks of life.

I am an integrative counsellor with a person-centred attitude towards working with you - believing you have the inner resources to make the changes you need and want in your life or behaviour. However, I also know how you may need encouragement and support to believe this and to make any changes long-lasting.

So I see myself as a facilitator of change, working alongside clients, being curious with them about themselves, and helping to ask and answer the questions to get to the heart of what may be causing clients' difficulties at this time.

Clients tell me I have an empathic awareness of where they are in their lives and intuitively know how to help facilitate their healing, change and growth.
