I am a lead Psychotherapist at KCPS a private practice in Maidstone Kent, I work with patients/clients and facilitate the work of other practitioners.
My work includes working sensitively with anxieties, insecurities, depression and workplace conflict.
Exploring the impact of bullying, questions with sexuality and general struggles that life presents.
Understanding how past events may influence our current relationships and views in life.
Working with the difficulties in relationships. Helping people able to communicate in more robust and helpful ways.

Through this process, clients are supported to gain greater self awareness, strengthen their resilience and move towards lasting change.
