About me

I am a BACP Accredited counsellor and have been practicsng since 2007. I have a private practice in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire and will see you in my lovely, calm and comfortable therapy room.

I am a Person-Centred counsellor, the ethos of which believes very much that in each person lies their answers and the ever-present tendency towards growth and evolvement. In other areas of my practice, I have very spiritual leanings, which I use to help you change your perception of your issues and what you are struggling with, which makes for deep and lasting change in your life.

I now have over 12 years' experience counselling individuals and couples.

I am also a qualified hypnotherapist and regression therapist.
