About me

I am a fully qualified Physiotherapist, Sports Massage & Holistic therapist with 15 years experience. I am a 'Hands on Therapist' incorporatiing other treatment methods such as: acupuncture, laser therapy(photobiomodulation), Massaag, Electrotherapy and Manipulation as required. supported with home exercise programme.
I treat all musculoskeletal problems – sports injury, work related repetitive strain and general everyday muscle and joint problems. Sciatica, Arthritis, Rotator cuff injury, Post surgery rehab

I have been working in private practice since 2013, within Ashbrooke Sports club. My reputation and physio skills have contributed to my successful clinic, having attracted a broad range of patients and clients ranging form chronic joint and muscle pain to sports injuries. I have learnt that once a patient recovers from their injury, their concerns are to maintain that status and continue engaging in sport and general daily activity and thus many of my patients return regularly for deep tissue & sports massage and Holistic Therapies as it helps retain sense of balance and control over their own health status.
