About me

I am a fully qualified Physiotherapist, Sports Massage Therapist, and Holistic Therapist with over 15 years of experience in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal conditions. My approach is hands-on and patient-focused, integrating a range of evidence-based techniques such as acupuncture, laser therapy (photobiomodulation), massage, electrotherapy, and joint manipulation. Each treatment plan is supported by a personalised home exercise programme to promote long-term recovery and self-management.

Since 2013, I have been working in my private practice at Ashbrooke Sports Club, where I have developed a strong reputation for delivering effective, results-driven care. My clinic attracts a wide range of clients, from individuals with chronic pain to those recovering from acute sports injuries or surgery.

My ongoing commitment is not only to support recovery but to empower patients in maintaining their health and wellbeing. Many of my clients choose to return regularly for maintenance treatments, including deep tissue massage and holistic therapies, to support their physical performance, reduce stress, and stay in control of their long-term health goals.
