Lockdown moved therapy online and it's since become a first choice for growing numbers of people: there's no waiting rooms and no travel to and from sessions. Many clients have found that they use the time this frees up to think, to reflect, which often results in insights that wouldn't otherwise have the opportunity to emerge.

I worked online for a decade before Covid and can guide you through creating confidential space for meaningful therapy.

I've worked with clients from large national and international organisations including the BBC, Virgin Group and Apple for 15 years, helping people to make sustainable changes that result in a less stressful, more balanced life.

Being told how to think and live sounds oppressive but most of us are very comfortable with it until we find that someone else’s idea of a good life doesn’t fit us. The counselling relationship is unlike any other you will have experienced but clients consistently tell me that they quickly become comfortable with it. Once you begin to trust your own instincts you'll have more solid ground from which to make decisions to help you live in a way that truly suits you.
