About us
Kate Hutchings is a Sports and Exercise Medicine Consultant who has a wealth of experience in working with both elite athletes and recreational sports men and women across a wide variety of sports and dance. Kate works at the Royal Ballet as medical advisor, and she is currently the clinical lead for the female athlete service at the UK Sports Institute. In this role, she works within a multidisciplinary team to provide both clinical and performance advise to Olympic and Paralympic athletes. Kate has worked for Team GB in the medical headquarters at Tokyo and Paris Olympics, BOA World beach Games, Olympic European Games and has attended two Commonwealth Games in the Gold coast 2018 and Birmingham 2022.
Kate is passionate about bringing her expertise and experience to supporting all physically active individuals to help them train and perform to their potential with their health and well-being at the forefront. In 2017, she was awarded a female athlete fellowship by the British Association of Sports medicine to attend Mc Master University, Canada.
