About me

I qualified as a clinical psychologist in 2006 which was the culmination of 12 years of study and practice, and have worked in a variety of settings with adults and children since.
I am passionate about promoting positive mental health for all and that's why I enjoy providing psychological therapy to a range of people, regardless of age or difficulty/diagnosis.
I engage in regular supervision and my practice is carefully regulated both by the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society.
I am also keen to access as much training and personal development as I can to ensure that the services I provide to my clients are evidence-based, appropriate and most likely to be helpful to them.
