About me

I am a Consultant Respiratory Physician based in south London, UK. I have 29 years experience working in the NHS and 14 years in the private sector.

After completing my medical training at the University of Aberdeen, I moved to London for moved to London for my postgraduate training. I have an MSc in respiratory medicine from Imperial College and also have several peer-reviewed publications.

Other career achievements include developing a respiratory high dependency unit at East and North Herts NHS Trust and an EBUS service at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. I lead the asthma and chronic cough service.

I was previously a honorary senior clinical lecturer at King's College London. I remain a keen medical teacher.
