The combination of manual therapy techniques in addition to our broad knowledge in rehabilitation, strengthening and injury prevention has successfully restored function and pain-free movement to many injured and symptomatic clients.

Areas of interest

Spinal Conditions - neck and back pain including sciatica, facet joint pain, trapped nerves, muscle spasm, degenerative disc disease, acute wry neck, non-specific and persistent low back pain.

Hip, Pelvis and Groin - Femoroacetabular impingement (FAI/CAM), labral injuries, osteitis pubis, greater trochanteric pain syndrome (GTPS), and tendon or muscle injuries affecting the hamstrings and adductors.

Knee Injuries and Rehabilitation - Patellofemoral pain, meniscal and ligament injuries (ACL, MCL, LCL), tendinopathies, IT band syndrome and knee osteoarthritis. Post-operative rehabilitation following ACL reconstruction, meniscal repair and knee replacement.

Foot and Ankle - Ankle sprains, tendon injuries, stress fractures and overuse injuries.

Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist and Hand - Rotator cuff pain, shoulder impingement, instability, AC joint pain, tennis and golfer's elbow, and carpal or cubital tunnel syndrome.
