About me

I am a very experienced therapist having worked successfully with clients for more than 20 years in a variety of settings both private medical, NHS, community counselling and in private practice. I am qualified in a number of therapeutic approaches: Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Post Trauma Psychological First Aid, Systemic Relationship, Solution Focused Therapy, and IPT Interpersonal Therapy enabling the flexibility to adapt the clinical work to best suit the individual client’s needs. I work with individuals and couples in either long term or time limited contracts. I am also a Supervisor to other clinical professionals.

I have recently returned to offering face to face therapy sessions, however in line with concerns linked to Covid 19, I also continue to offer Online therapy sessions via Zoom (which is a confidential, encrypted service) and Telephone therapy sessions for those that would prefer.
