About me

I am an experienced psychotherapist working with individuals (over 18) and couples.

My core training is in Transactional Analysis and I have added to this with further training in more body focused practices including Focusing, EMDR and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) which I use more specifically for Trauma work (big T and little t).
