About me

I am an accredited, experienced counsellor and psychotherapist working with individuals, including young people and adolescents from age 14 years old, as well as couples on a time limited or long term basis. I work from an integrative perspective and use CBT interventions where helpful. I have been in practice since 2006.

Areas of interest

I work with clients who suffer from a range of relationship issues and communication problems as well as emotional and physical problems including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictive compulsive behaviours. I am integrative in my practice and use CBT interventions where helpful. We have seen a growth and understanding of how neuroscience impacts our wellbeing potential and the link between the mind - body connection. My therapeutic practice is also informed by mindfulness practices and meditation and how we somatise stress and trauma both cognitively and in our bodies.
