I provide a safe, confidential environment for you to talk about,and process any problems and concerns that are affecting you .
I am a qualified Psychotherapist with experience working in psychiatric hospitals, prisons, the community, and private practice.
I am also a qualified Addictions Counsellor.
I help my clients work through Depression, Anxiety, Relationship difficulties, Addiction problems, Bereavement, Gambling,Internet problems,Spending, Gaming, Eating Disorders etc.

Areas of interest

I am particularly interested in helping clients to address the causation and symptoms of Depression,Anxiety,Addiction problems,Sexuality/Relationship problems, work related stress, eating disorders, gambling, gaming, debt, spending etc. By investigating the origins of the problems and developing more awareness of thoughts, perceptions, and behaviours usually results in a dissipation of the symptoms. As a result of working through these issues and concerns the aim is to help clients to lead a more functional,healthier and more satisfying life.
I integrate Psychodynamic counselling with Life Coaching. I am also an experienced addictions therapist.
