About me

I was a Senior Psychiatric OT for 6yrs working at Guys Hospital in London and then in Community Mental Health.. I am helping clients to come to terms with the impact of coronavirus on their lives, work and relationships.Giving coping strategies, support, helping clients to rebuild their lives, Working with building self confidence, self worth and resilience,

I have also worked as a Drugs Counsellor.

I specialise in working with Young People over the age of 16. This can be around self harm, mental health issues or problems with family, relationsips, or college/ university.

I also do Anger Management Counselling.

I am trained in CBT and SFT and work with
Psychodynamic and Systemic theory.

I work with students from colleges and Warwick University.

I was an EAP Counsellor for many years so have considerable experience of Brief Therapy and issues around work stress.
