About me

Chris Reynolds is qualified as both a Physiotherapist and Osteopath. Originally qualifying as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1990 (Bath), he continued his studies at the College of Osteopaths (London) qualifying there as an Osteopath in 1996.
His knowledge has developed through numerous postgraduate training courses, including, sports massage, muscle imbalance and core stability, harmonic technique, and neuromuscular rehabilition.
Chris has also studied the Alexander technique to some depth since 1997. This being the study of posture and human movement is particularly useful in relation to athletes, musicians and office workers.
Because of the diversity of Chris's background he can offer a wide variety of bodywork skills and advice on preventative healthcare.
