About me

I studied Medicine at Osmania Medical College, ranked among the best in India. I undertook my higher specialist Psychiatry training at the prestigious Maudsley Trust, London which in partnership with Institute of Psychiatry is recognised as a world leader in mental health training and research.

I am on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council, UK and I am a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and British Medical Association (BMA). I am approved under the Section 12(2) of Mental Health Act.

I have specialist expertise in assessing and managing ADHD in adulthood.

I have specialist expertise in a range of adult mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders (generalised, panic, phobias, and social anxiety), bipolar disorder (manic depressive illness), psychosis (including schizophrenia), Obsessive Compulsive disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), eating disorders, stress, sleep problems, psychosexual problems, relationship problems and alcohol and drug problems.

I undertake a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and offer treatment using a wide range of interventions including medication and psychological techniques.
