About me

I have over twenty years' experience of working as a counsellor and integrative psychotherapist. I offer long term psychotherapy to individuals and couples in my private practice in Oxford Circus, a short walk from either Oxford Circus or Goodge Street Station. Concurrently I have been working as a specialist individual therapist and group facilitator at Rape Crisis for over eighteen years.

Previously I worked for many years in the NHS as a Primary Care Counsellor providing short term CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) orientated counselling, as well as in domestic violence for over five years.

I work with individuals and couples aged 18 and above.
