About me

I am a French Psychotherapist/counsellor helping adults so they can identify and understand patterns of their behaviours in order to make appropriate changes so they can live their lives in a better congruence with themselves and with love ones. Fully accredited and validated by the BACP, professionally insured, I have more than 25 years of experience in working as a student Counsellor, for the NHS as well as an independent therapist. I also teach trainees counsellors. Graduated with a Master in Psychoanalytic Studies, a Diploma in Humanistic, a Post graduate Psychodynamic and a Certificate in CBT/ Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I am fluent in English and in French.
