About me

I am a Psychotherapist helping adults so they can identify and understand patterns of their behaviours that they can make appropriate changes in order to live their lives in a better congruence with themselves and with others. Fully accredited and validated by the BACP, I have more than 25 years of experience in working as a student Counsellor, for the NHS as well as an independent therapist. I also teach trainees counsellors. Graduated with a Master in Psychoanalytic Studies, a Diploma in Humanistic, a Post graduate Psychodynamic and a certificate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I am fluent in English and in French.
