About me
I have been practising as a physiotherapist for over 30 years. I have had a broad spectrum of experience in orthopaedics and sports medicine.
I have a keen interest in hands on musculo-skeletal therapy including myofascial release and management of chronic pain.
I am an APPI qualified Pilates instructor and can incorporate this into rehabilitation programmes.
